Currently U.S. Shipping ONLY
All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the receipt of payment verification.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during sales. Ex; Black Friday & Holiday sales.
We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received.
We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.
Each order receives a tracking number automatically as soon as the label is printed.

Pretty Couture is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.
