RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at Pretty Couture. We endeavor to do all that we can to hope you love your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, we are happy to return or exchange any REGULAR PRICE ITEM. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have had tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor.  

**All bodysuits are final sale.

Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Where items are returned to us outside of this time period we reserve the right to return the item to you.

Return Process
Simply, return items to the address listed below. Customer is responsible for shipping. Once we have received your merchandise you will be issued a refund in the same manner in which it was given. If you are exchanging, please give a detailed description of the item you wish to receive in exchange. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped priority mail. If the item is not in stock, you will receive a refund.

Undelivered Items

If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services, these orders will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.
